Anchor Bay Tars Cross Country 2017

 

Attached you will find a copy of the 2017 cross-country summer conditioning schedule and information about the start of the season.

 

You must have a completed physical exam uploaded to Appryse prior to the first practice on Aug 9. Please do not wait until the last minute to get this done. You will not be allowed to practice without it.

 

Our full season practice schedule, meet schedule and other information will be distributed the first week of practice. Camp information will be sent to those who sign up in advance.

Summer conditioning schedule

 

 

Week of June 26:

Monday - Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. Aquatic Center; Tuesday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. Aquatic Center.

 

Week of July 3:

No workouts. State mandated shut down.

 

Week of July 10:

Monday - Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. Aquatic Center; Tuesday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. Aquatic Center.

 

Week of July 17:

Monday - Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. Aquatic Center; Tuesday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. Aquatic Center.

 

Week of July 24:

Monday - Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. Aquatic Center; Tuesday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. Aquatic Center.

 

Week of July 31:

No workouts. Preseason downtime state mandated.

 

First day of practice: Wednesday, Aug. 9. You MUST have a completed physical exam to practice. Parent meeting and camp information will be posted ASAP (by early July) on this site.
