Girls Track Primed and Ready for Regional 

 The Girls track team traveled to Dakota on Saturday and competed well at the Dakota Invite. The meet was not scored, but the  ladies had a great showing and competed well.

 A few highlights from the past week:

 Cora Kolodge smashed her own school record in the 1600m running a 5:08.15

Amelia Bont was able to throw a personal best in discuss with a toss of 117'10" in the discus yesterday.

Morgan Adelini ran a personal best 19.2 in the 100 hurdles yesterday, slashing her time by nearly a second.

Valerie Caldwell shaved 10 seconds off of her 800 time with a 2:42.

Grace Ragsdale was able to run her season best 5:46 for the 1600, shaving 20 seconds off of her time.

The 4x800 team of Bri French, Sophia Brown, Grace Ragsdale and Cora Kolodge were able to post their best time of the season at 10:18.

Mirsyah Schuler won the Freshmen 200 with a time of 28.2.

Amanda Usery ran her personal fastest times in the 100 and 300 hurdles.

 

The Girls will travel to Warren Mott Friday in pursuit of the school's first Regional Championship in school history.
